THEN no longer needed with IF?

It seems to be fine in jsalai's code. Are there exceptions?

Needed in one-line if-then-else construct
eg:
if a=0 then one_statement else other_statement

the construct:

if a=0:statements:else:statements:fi

is multi-line, as each ":" breaks the line

Cheers!

Maybe this should be noted in the Language reference (which is what I usually check first for such questions).

I realized after I asked this, that I don't really want to skip the THEN's because that would be just one more thing I would have to change when I translate code to another dialect (which I do pretty often). Which is why I use END IF's, instead of the neat little FI.

as well as mine to write so small code as possible, bcs it is not only the best basic, but the one which runs perfectly on android-phone with limited mem_size...

Cheers!
